Finishing and installation standards

Steel components:
- Choose any color (preferably from the RAL palette) with a matte, satin, or textured finish.
Stair treads:
- Width: up to 1200 mm, depth: up to 320 mm (total depth of the wooden part, including overlap).
- Finished with professional-grade hard wax oil (satin finish).
- The standard "antiqued" look includes oak with natural cracks filled with resin and polished.
Standard final installation kit for walls made of hard materials such as reinforced concrete:
- Steel retaining plates, 10 mm thick, for each tread
- Additional side surface finishing and painting in the color of the tread
- Threaded rods and nuts (DIN 912 standard – selected to match the aesthetic) and washers
Temporary installation kit with additional retaining plates:
- Allows the stairs to be installed during the building shell phase, and then easily disassembled and reassembled after other finishing works are completed.
- The price also includes temporary spacers, washers, and nuts (to protect threaded rods during interior finishing works).
Staircase design support:
- We help you select the correct step height and depth, considering any constraints such as opening size, headroom clearance, etc 3D visualization available if needed.

Note: All staircases are made to order — even our two leading variants mentioned above.

Optional Custom Features Available on Request

In addition to helping you choose the color and finish of your stairs, we also offer engineering advice for any required modifications or adjustments.

Examples of possible design changes:

Openwork modification:
- You can request changes to the openwork part of the tread (Note: for stairs wider than 120 cm, the openwork must include additional material for structural strength.)
Recessed screw heads:
- The screw heads can be hidden within the tread body. In this case, Allen screws may be used — but this requires prior installation of a supporting substructure within the wall where the stairs will be mounted.
Rope/wire railing:
- We can install custom-designed eye hooks to attach a rope or wire railing.
- We typically recommend starting from the fourth step to maintain the visual lightness and openness of the cantilever design.The rope can also serve as a temporary safety feature — perfect for homes with young children — and can be removed later when no longer needed
Additional solid railings (available upon request)
Choice of wood species:
- We offer stair treads in a variety of hardwoods — from classic European species to exotic woods, depending on your design preferences and project requirements.
